Gurus have the opportunity to participate designing and implementing algorithm architectures for Agience's customer projects. Instead of salary, Agience gives Gurus something much better. Each Guru keeps intellectual properties for the algorithm modules developed by him/her and receives royalties whenever somebody uses those algorithms at Cloud'N'Sci.fi!
